Mr. Pullen- 
I contacted First Union and had an investigation set up regarding this wire.  Ap
parently, there was some miscommunication between either First Union and E*TRADE
 Bank or between Accounting and the wire department.  The wire did go out on 4/2
7 but it was returned to First Union on 5/15 due to incorrect wiring instruction
s.  I have returned the funds to your account and credited it with the lost inte
rest, and the wire fee.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
and I will gladly rewire the funds at no charge if you have new instructions.  P
